Good Evening,
It is an honor and privilege to announce that tonight at the Virtual Headwaters District Eagle Board of Mayflower Council, our own Matthew Ulsh attained Scouting’s highest rank, that of Eagle Scout!
As expected, Matthew represented his family, troop and community with the highest degree of dignity. He now joins the special group of young men of Troop 14 dating back to 1997 who typify the finest in what Scouting can produce. Matthew is the third Ulsh brother to earn Eagle. Joining James 2014 Troop 1, Bellingham and Thomas in 2021 Troop 14, Bellingham.
Please join me in congratulating our 39th and newest Eagle Scout Matthew Ulsh and his family on a job well done!
