It is an honor and privilege to announce that tonight night at the Headwaters District Eagle Board, our own Thomas C. attained Scouting’s highest rank, that of Eagle Scout!
As expected, Thomas represented his family, troop and community with the highest degree of dignity. He now joins the special group of young men of Troop 14 dating back to 1997 who typify the finest in what Scouting can produce.
With the changes to Eagle Palms as of August 1, 2017 and Thomas’ 41 Merit Badges Thomas also has earned his Bronze, Gold, Silver and 2nd Bronze Eagle Palms by becoming an Eagle Scout. The 4 Palms represent 20 more merit badges than are required for the rank of Eagle.
