Everyone, due to the expected high wind warning in the morning and the snow already expected the Troop leaders decided for Troop morale and safety to pack up and leave West Hill Dam last night. The boys that attended the trip really seemed to enjoy themselves albeit a little damp. There was quite a bit of fishing but alas nothing was caught. There was a lot of advancement happening and one scout had his SM Conference and his Board of Review and was able to earn his Star Rank.
